I run the AI side of a US mortgage platform. The main thing I have built there is Loancrate Agent, which handles loan underwriting on its own, start to finish. At launch it was doing about a fifth of the origination work, and we hand it more each release.

Software for UK property investors: finding deals, running the numbers, flagging the ones worth a look. I designed it, wrote it and ran it on my own. It is on 1,157 paying subscribers and has taken $1.8M since 2019.

2003
Left school at 16 and started my first engineering job a week later. Never went to university and have not needed to yet.
2009
At 21 I was the only engineer on Shoebox360, a 3D app for browsing wedding photos and ordering prints. I built it and ran it, and it made money.
2019
Sold my stake in Circular Wave, an NHS staffing platform I started with a doctor because the agency system was bleeding hospitals dry. Twelve staff by the end.
2020
Trained a model to spot COVID-19 in chest X-rays and CT scans, and published how I did it. Five years before everyone started doing AI.
2020
Six months contracting at Google on data pipelines pulling from a lot of APIs at once.
2025
Shipped Loancrate Agent. As far as I know nobody had put an agent this deep into underwriting before.
